Explore how advanced notification solutions are transforming the delivery of this vital information

Whether caused by fragmented communication systems or a lack of established follow-up protocols, missed critical test result notifications (CTRN) can lead to devastating outcomes. Delays in delivering critical test results can hinder timely interventions and put patient safety at risk, but with seamless and effective communication, healthcare providers can act quickly to improve outcomes.

Elizabeth Sullivan—a product manager at Spok with several decades of experience in healthcare—will provide an overview of CTRN challenges faced by hospitals and explore solutions. Don’t miss this opportunity to learn about optimized workflows that prevent communication delays and improve care delivery.
