Attend the Spok Summit to hear from communication technology experts as they offer comprehensive best practice advice and knowledgeable tips for implementing a communication platform.
Newer technology typically adds additional features and capabilities that allow your hospital to operate more efficiently. But often hospitals replace or add new technology that solves each problem separately—not considering the entire care team collaboration ecosystem.
Hospitals need a strong communication platform that serves as the backbone and central hub through which all applications and resources can access reliable information.
You'll learn:
5 benefits of a clinical communication platform
Speaker: Kristen Lalowski, Chief Product Officer, Spok
In a recent summit hosted by the Scottsdale Institute, chief medical informatics officers from around the country said the COVID-19 crisis has reinforced the need for a strong digital infrastructure. Consolidating multiple technology applications into one is becoming a top priority as hospital leaders continue the battle against the pandemic and recover from the resulting financial burden.
In this session Kristen Lalowski explores the benefits of a clinical communication platform and how you can use a platform in your health system to 1) improve patient outcomes, 2) enhance care team communication, 3) rapidly activate care teams, 4) reduce costs and increase efficiency, and 5) increase clinician satisfaction.
